Many tennis players, whether recreational or professional, neglect the importance of finding a tennis specific fitness program that will allow for the greatest benefits. Currently professional players such as Novak Djokovic and Samantha Stosur are 'raising the bar' in terms of the physical attributes required to thrive at the elite levels of the game, and there hard work on and off the court has allowed the game to evolve in to the exciting and dynamic game that it has become.
